Do you deliver to my suburb?
Delivery is free within 15 km of Port Macquarie. After that it’s [PRICE] for every 5 km, and past 45 km we’ll quote it. Use the checker above to see your price.
Can I pick up my order?
No. Delivery in Port Mac is delivery only, with no shop front.
What time will it arrive?
We deliver between 9am and 5pm on the day you choose, and email you when it’s on its way. Need it by a certain time? Add it to the delivery notes, or ask us before you order.
What if no one’s home?
It’s fresh food, so someone needs to be there to receive it. If no one answers we’ll call you (and the recipient, for a gift). We only leave it if you’ve told us that’s OK.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, up to 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. After that we’ve usually bought the fresh ingredients: see changes and cancellations.
How much notice do you need?
Order today for tomorrow for boxes, platters and hampers from the menu. For custom orders, the more notice the better: send your enquiry as early as you can.
Can you cater for dietary needs?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free options are available, and we make kids boxes too. Choose them on the product page or tell us in your enquiry. For a food allergy, please message us before ordering: our kitchen handles common allergens, so read how we handle allergies.
Can you make something that isn’t on the menu?
Yes, custom requests are welcome. Tell us the occasion, date, number of people and budget on Create something. Nicole will talk it through and send a quote, and custom orders are confirmed with a 50% deposit.
How do I pay?
Orders from the menu are paid in full online at checkout, through Square. Custom orders are invoiced: a 50% deposit confirms them.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes. Send a gift card with your own note and let them choose.
